This is a really cool thing to have for all your family pets. Each kit includes a Passport, Key Tag, Wallet Card, and Window Stickers for your home.

The purpose of this kit is to assist you in keeping all your pets records in one place, safely and conveniently. The passports allows your vet to fill in information pertaining to each visit in one convenient location; so you don’t have to keep track of the paper reports they give you.

The key tag feature allows you to attach the tag to your keys, in the event of an emergency, it will help alert authorities of your pets at home so that they can help contact the right people to get someone to your home until you are able to get there. The wallet card also allows for the same use.

The window sticker, should be placed on a window or glass at the near the front door of your home. The sticker alerts rescuers to the number of pets in the home in the event of an emergency.
