If your pup resists a regular wash bath you can try this dry shampoo to spot-clean greasy, dirty areas. This should not be substituted for regular groomings.
Ingredients:
1 cup bran, oatmeal or cornmeal
Method:
Place in a warm oven for 5 minutes to warm the grain. Do not allow the grain to burn or be so hot that it is uncomfortable for your pet.
Leave the grain on the cookie sheet (keeping it warm after removing from the oven), and rub the grain into your pets fur using a towel.
Brush treated areas thoroughly until all grain is removed.
